Welcome to Kona Planning Consultancy, my name is Steve Elliott. Having spent over 17 years working within the Planning Department at Elmbridge Borough Council, I have an extensive background in Town Planning.
Since setting up Kona Planning Consultancy Ltd in early 2019, the company prides itself in offering advice and expertise across a wide range of planning matters. These include offering pre-application advice and site appraisals to planning applications, appeals and the discharge of planning conditions. We also assist with enforcement matters, planning obligations, S106 Agreements and the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL).
